Needs Assessment on Gender Mainstreaming of the ERA Policy Agenda

Thank you for your availability to complete this brief needs assessment survey related to gender mainstreaming of ERA Policy Agenda.

About this needs assessment: This questionnaire serves to design capacity-building and tool development actions in the framework of the call for a grant to identified beneficiary titled ‘6. Policy coordination to support gender equality and inclusiveness in the ERA’ under the Work Programme 2026 – 2027 for 11. Widening participation and strengthening the European Research Area.

Target audience
Please respond if you are an owner/lead (“action/structural policy owner”) for an ERA Action or ERA Structural Policy or you are involved in its implementation in the European Commission, national authority or an umbrella or stakeholder organisation.

Purpose
The survey will help us:

  1. understand current practice and challenges in mainstreaming inclusive gender equality, and
  2. prioritise capacity-building topics, as well as preferred formats and practical tools that can facilitate mainstreaming across ERA priority areas and structural policies.
